Study Looks at Effects of Age on Celiac Patients

A new study shows a distinct effect of age on those with celiac disease.

The study included healthy adults with both treated and untreated celiac and on infants and children with treated and untreated celiac.

The researchers concluded big differences in the intestinal tracts of adults and children with untreated celiac as well as in those treating celiac with a gluten-free diet.
